➤ Terms & Conditions for Pilot Offer
➔ Pilot Program Availability – The 50% off for the first 2 months is valid only for the first 3 clients who sign up. Once spots are filled, the offer expires.
➔ Sample Edit Conditions – Clients are eligible for one free sample edit (up to 1 minute of footage) before committing. This is a one-time offer and does not apply to revisions or multiple projects.
➔ Discount Validity – The 50% discount applies only for the first 2 months. After that, regular pricing will be charged unless canceled.
➔ Payment & Commitment – To avail of the pilot discount, clients must confirm their subscription after the sample edit.
➔ Fair Usage Policy – This offer is meant for serious clients only. Abuse of the sample edit (e.g., requesting multiple free edits under different names) will lead to disqualification from the offer.
➔ Refund & Cancellation – Since this is a heavily discounted offer, no refunds are available. However, the client can cancel anytime before the 3rd month without further charges.
➔ Editing Scope – The sample edit and discounted months follow the same scope of work as standard packages. Any custom requests may incur additional charges.
1. Introduction
Welcome to EditingTeam.com (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services & Subscription Model
- EditingTeam.com provides professional video editing services on a project basis or through subscription-based packages.
- Our turnaround time for the first draft is typically 1–3 business days, though it may vary depending on project complexity.
- Subscription plans must be manually renewed by the client at the end of each billing cycle, ensuring full control over their subscriptions. Clients will receive a notification before their subscription expires and must complete payment within two days to continue uninterrupted service.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide high-quality raw footage and clear instructions for editing.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving drafts within the specified time frame to prevent project delays.
- Any additional work outside the agreed-upon scope may be subject to extra charges.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
- All payments are processed securely via Stripe, Wise, or other integrated payment gateways.
- Payments are non-refundable, except under our 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers.
- Refunds may be denied in cases of suspected fraud, refund abuse, or failure to comply with these terms.
5. Revisions & Edits
- Unlimited revisions are included within the active project period.
- Revisions are based on initial instructions; major changes or additional requirements may incur extra charges.
- Clients must request revisions within 7 days of receiving a draft.
6. Cancellation & Termination
- Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, but cancellations must be made at least 5 business days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
- Upon cancellation, access to EditingTeam.com services and stored files will be terminated after the final billing period ends.
- EditingTeam.com reserves the right to terminate or suspend services if a client engages in abusive behavior, violates these terms, or uses our services for illegal purposes.
7. Ownership & Usage Rights
- Clients retain full ownership of their final edited videos.
- By submitting content to EditingTeam.com, clients grant us a limited right to showcase finished projects in our portfolio unless they opt out in writing.
8. Client Referrals & Commission Structure
- Clients who refer a new customer can choose between receiving one month of free subscription or a commission-based reward.
- Commission payments are processed within 20 days of a successful client transaction.
9. Liability & Limitations
- While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee 100% error-free outputs.
- EditingTeam.com is not liable for any losses resulting from video content errors, project delays, or misuse of our services.
- Our services cannot be used for illegal, defamatory, or adult/pornographic content. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
10. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- We take client confidentiality seriously and do not share project details or personal information with third parties without consent.
- Secure storage systems are used to protect uploaded content, but clients are responsible for keeping backups of their files.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall first be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, they will be subject to arbitration in India.
12. Changes to Terms & Conditions
- EditingTeam.com reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
- Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
